What will you do?
- Design and standardize technical guidelines for the prevention of work accidents and emergency management in the Central Clúster, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Guide plants in the design of annual work and training plans for the prevention of work accidents and vulnerabilities, covering both employees and contractors.
- Manage the deployment of accident prevention, preparedness, and emergency response programs in operations, guaranteeing their effectiveness and adaptation to the critical risks of each plant.
- Develop the technical capabilities of SST teams, operational leaders, and brigades through training, coaching, and structured support, ensuring ownership of the model in each country.
- Lead the technical analysis of accidents, incidents, and relevant emergency events, ensuring root cause identification, organizational learning, and the definition of effective controls.
