Your Tasks:
- Planning & Control of Production: You will take over the monitoring and optimization of production processes, create production plans, and ensure that all processes run smoothly and on schedule - even in the event of short-term changes.
- Coordination between Departments and External Partners: You will coordinate with internal departments as well as external service providers, plan capacities, manage production documents, and ensure an efficient material flow - from raw material procurement to the loading of finished goods.
- Analysis, Optimization & Process Improvement: You will determine future capacities, analyze customer needs, and develop suggestions to improve production sequences and processes - always with the goal of increasing quality and efficiency.
Your Profile:
- You have completed commercial or technical training.
- You have experience in production planning or a comparable field and impress with your structured and organized way of working.
- Strong coordination skills and a high degree of initiative characterize you.
- For collaboration with international customers and our plants abroad, you have good English skills (at least B2 level).
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate confidently with various contact persons, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
