Join our team: We are looking for a hands-on BI Developer to turn business needs into reliable data solutions, impactful dashboards, and process automations using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve decision-making through high-quality reporting, data modeling, and analytics.
Your tasks
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and semantic models that support business decisions.
- Manage SQL reporting databases and create complex queries, views, tables, and optimized data models.
- Map and integrate data from source applications into BI repositories and data warehouses.
- Build and support ETL processes and Power Automate workflows that improve efficiency and data quality.
- Partner with business users to translate reporting needs into clear, scalable BI solutions.
- Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot solutions, and continuously improve reporting performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development, with strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
- Advanced English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and query performance-tuning skills.
- Experience with ETL development and Power Automate; Alteryx knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
