Leading the end-to-end talent acquisition process across multiple regions, including Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia. Managing the talent acquisition team, coordinating with recruitment agencies, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Oversee global hiring efforts, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent that aligns with the organization’s global objectives and strategies, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Drive the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals and regional needs across Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia.

Support the development and implementation of career paths and career ladders.

Support internal mobility and promotion processes based on competencies, performance, and readiness.

Coordinate and monitor the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive joining experience.

Ensure completion of all required exit procedures, clearances, handovers, and company asset returns.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Provide strong leadership and development opportunities for the talent acquisition team, fostering growth, engagement, and performance excellence.

Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team’s skills and ensure they remain at the forefront of recruitment best practices and interviews techniques VBI, CBI, STAR, …. ETC.

Build a high-performing team capable of delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for each region, leveraging market insights and industry best practices.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they adhere to the organization's standards and deliver high-caliber candidates.

Coordinate international recruitment initiatives, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.

Provide strategic counsel and insights on talent acquisition trends, challenges, and opportunities, influencing key business decisions.

Deliver regular reports and analytics on recruitment performance, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.

Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience, ensuring all interactions reflect the organization’s values and culture.

Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the employer brand, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the global market.

Ensure the onboarding process is comprehensive and aligns with the organization's cultural and operational standards.

Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms to attract a diverse pool of top talent.

Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure quality of hire.

Stay abreast of global labor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive practices, adapting strategies as needed.

Ensure strict adherence to all local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies across all regions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with audit requirements.

Develop and enforce standardized recruitment practices to ensure fairness, equity, and transparency in the hiring process.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.

A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale, global recruitment efforts, particularly in Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in leveraging technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and data analytics tools.

Business Acumen– a solid understanding of the organizations’ industry, market dynamics, and key drivers of business performance is crucial. Strong Analytical skills to diagnose organizational issues, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.

Problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges and implement effective solutions. Attention to Details – ability to strong attention to details, ensure accuracy, identify and investigate anomalies or errors.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, build buy-in, and facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.

Excellent Presentation skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions.

Adaptability – accepts change, understands changes in work tasks, situations, and environment. Multilingual capabilities, including fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic or Hindi, are a plus.
