Senior Costing & Pricing Accountant - Manufacturing

- Build and maintain SKU cost sheets covering materials, packaging, direct labor, machine time, overhead, waste and indirect costs.
- Validate BOMs, recipes, routings and operating rates with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
- Calculate standard versus actual cost and explain material price, usage, yield, efficiency and overhead variances.
- Maintain a pricing matrix showing full cost, variable/incremental cost, contribution, break-even price, floor price, target-margin price and recommended selling price.
- Evaluate volume deals, discounts, strategic customers, export orders, excess capacity and inventory-clearance cases.
- For prices below full cost, quantify contribution, assumptions, risks and total financial impact and obtain approval.
- Produce monthly profitability analysis by SKU, product family, customer, channel and production line.
- Support new-product costing, budgeting, forecasting, inventory/WIP/COGS valuation and month-end costing reconciliations.
- Partner with Operations and Procurement on cost reduction, waste/yield improvement and capacity utilization decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Commerce; CMA is preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, with strong manufacturing costing exposure in a multi-SKU environment.
- Strong command of standard, actual, absorption and contribution/marginal costing and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Hands-on BOM/recipe costing, labor and machine rates, overhead absorption, waste/scrap, WIP, inventory and COGS.
- Strong pricing capability: gross margin, contribution margin, break-even, floor price, target-profit pricing, discounts and special-order decisions.
- Advanced Excel; Power Query/Power BI preferred. ERP experience is mandatory; SAP, Oracle or Odoo is a strong advantage.
- Very good spoken and written English.
