IT/OT Security Expert (m/f/d) (IT Security Coordinator)

YOU WILL ACT

You are the central contact person within the CoE Automation, Digital & Service Solutions for all questions regarding product- and project-specific OT security topics

• Participation in the creation and updating of product-related design specifications under security aspects as well as their compliance
• Collaboration in the development and maintenance of internal processes, guidelines, and reference architectures (Policies, Tools) to ensure OT security
• Development of global functional OT security concepts as well as strategies for verification and validation
• Active participation in the SMS-OT Security Expert Group
• Coordination of OT security solutions with customers and implementation in projects
• Conception, planning, and execution of internal and external OT security reviews, audits, and assessments
• Coordination of suppliers for system, hardware, and software development
• Conception and execution of internal training sessions and presentations on OT security topics
• Participation in business and service development to develop market and marketing strategies, as well as support in the development and implementation of business models for the targeted commercialization of the subject area

YOU KNOW

• Completed university degree in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, alternatively a completed technician or master craftsman training or comparable.
• Proven professional experience in the field of OT security and automation
• Experience in the use and further development of tools for OT security
• Solid knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or Python
• Business fluent English skills
• High perception and systematic and structured way of working
• Very good communication, team, and negotiation skills

Desirable additional qualifications

• Certifications in the field of OT/ICS or IT security (e.g., IEC 62443 certifications, CISSP, GICSP)
• Practical experience with automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA) as well as network technology in the OT environment
