Your tasks
Swedish - About the role We are looking for a planner, an opportunity for you who want to be part of an exciting and developing role in the establishment of SMS group in Boden.
You will be responsible for the planning for one of three workshops; mould and segment, cold rolling or hot rolling. There you will have the overall responsibility for task, resource and material planning. A natural part of your daily work is to ensure that the workshops are operated in an efficient manner by ensuring that resources and spare parts are always available.
English We are looking for a Planner—an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on a varied and developing role as part of SMS group’s new establishment in Boden.
You will be responsible for planning activities in one of three workshops: Mould and Segment, Cold Rolling, or Hot Rolling. This includes overall responsibility for task, resource, and material planning.
A key part of your day-to-day work will be helping ensure the workshops operate efficiently by making sure the necessary resources and spare parts are always available.
Requirements

You work systematically and independently while also having good collaborative skills. You should have strong organizational abilities to be able to plan and prioritize.
Since the corporate language is English, it is important that you feel comfortable expressing yourself in English in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have good computer/IT skills. It is particularly meritorious if you have used SAP (the PM and PP modules) previously, though not a requirement.
We would like to see that you have a high school diploma and if you come from manufacturing production/industry, it is an advantage.
English To thrive in this role, you are engaged, proactive and focused on getting things done. You work systematically and independently, while also collaborating effectively with others. Strong organisational skills are important for planning and prioritising your work.
As English is the company language, you should feel comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing. Good computer and IT skills are an advantage. Experience using SAP, particularly the PM and PP modules, is highly valued but not required.
We expect you to have completed upper secondary education. Experience in manufacturing or industrial production would be an advantage.
