Order Placer and Customer Service Representative

We have customers in almost 50 countries, which means that very good English skills in both speech and writing are a must; additional language skills are highly meritorious. It is also very meritorious if you have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV), which is the system we work in.
As an employee in the Partner Relations group, you will get to work with everything from customer service to logistics and order placement. Among other things, you will assist the customer with product selection, order management, complaints, and returns. It is a broad position where you will get to try many different tasks and truly develop in your role. The work includes a lot of problem-solving, and there are great opportunities to participate in and influence the development of the group and the company.
