Procurement Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

Located in Tullins, our 100 employees manufacture broaching tools as well as all products and services associated with this technology: we offer broaching machines, as well as sharpening and custom broaching services.

As the only French manufacturer, our tools are intended for the aerospace, automotive, and energy industries and are mostly exported.

SMOC Industries' purpose is to provide premium tools and services to the industry surrounding the rolling and broaching process.

Your missions, if you join us, will consist of: Checking, recording, and scheduling customer orders in our ERP, specifically verifying the consistency of information (item code, drawing index, price, lead times, shipping requirements, etc.); Carrying out purchases, procurement, and service orders by preparing and transmitting the necessary technical information & documents;

• Preparing and organizing shipments in France and internationally
• Participating in the reliability of data and flows

Within our supply-chain team, you will contribute to ensuring the fluidity of our flows, from the recording of the customer order to the shipment of our tools.

With a Bac+2/3 degree primarily in a technical or industrial field, ideally BTS ATI or equivalent, you have initial experience in an industrial environment.

You possess a good technical culture allowing you to read and understand a drawing, identify a product and its characteristics, and communicate with our production teams as well as our suppliers. Rigorous and organized, you are comfortable with IT tools and data manipulation. You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of Access or Power BI would be appreciated.

A professional level of English will allow you to be comfortable in your exchanges. Knowledge of customs formalities is a plus.

You will work during the week from Monday to Friday, during the day Remuneration starting from €2,500 gross monthly
