Finance Operations Support (m/f/d)

For deployment at a logistics location in Bremerhaven, we are looking for dedicated Finance Operations Support.

The Finance Operations Support role supports the Warehouse in the processing and ensuring of daily financial processes on-site. In this on-site function, you will be responsible for correct invoicing, the creation of purchase orders, as well as supporting the local site P&L.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Warehouse as well as with the central Finance department and make an important contribution to smooth payment and billing processes with customers and external service providers.

Your tasks:

• Clarification of billing and invoicing questions in close cooperation with the Operations team
• Support with invoicing as well as with customer payments
• Communication with relevant internal contact persons at site and corporate levels
• Maintenance and entry of high-volume data
• Support with customer service inquiries with a financial reference
• Follow-up of billing-relevant topics and open points with Operations
• Assumption of further administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Initial experience in customer service, operational support, or an administrative environment
• Very good computer skills as well as confident communication skills
• Strong accuracy and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel in a dynamic work environment
• Very good oral and written expression skills
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP
• Independent prioritization of tasks and good time management
• Resilience and the ability to work reliably even under time pressure
• Good English skills
