Restaurant Captain

The Iolida Beach hotel, a member of the Smile Hotels Group, in Agia Marina Chania, is looking for a Restaurant Captain.

Main responsibilities:

Coordination of the service team and supervision of the restaurant operations.

Welcoming and serving guests.

Ensuring the correct preparation and organization of the area.

Collaboration with the kitchen and the Maître.

Guiding the staff and managing guest requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Ability to organize and coordinate a team.
• Politeness, professionalism, and team spirit.
• Knowledge of hygiene rules and service procedures.
