We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Admin to join our dynamic team. This full-time, paid position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, excellent patient experiences, and efficient administrative workflows. *Responsibilities*

  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Answer multiple-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently
  • Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and manage appointment reminders
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and care
  • Maintain electronic medical records using dental practice management software (Open Dental)
  • Verify insurance information, prepare estimates, and process billing accurately
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times

*Qualifications*

  • Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting with strong administrative skills
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Open Dental/Abel dent; experience with Dental Terminology is a plus
  • Knowledge of electronic dental records systems and office procedures
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and team members effectively
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently and handle multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Previous experience working in a dental or medical office environment preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude
