Senior Academic Officer (English) (SmartMathPro)

• Develop curricula, textbooks, teaching materials, and supplementary English exercises for secondary education levels, including university entrance exam preparation
• Prepare teaching documents for tutoring clips, including various English tutoring projects
• Check the accuracy, neatness, and completeness of teaching documents for courses, tutoring clips, and other assigned tutoring activities
• Support tutors, such as preparing teaching materials, providing academic consultation and teaching guidelines, and creating content and scripts for content filming
• Collect, analyze, and verify teaching documents, exercises, and teaching/tutoring clips from tutors
• Collect various English subject examination papers to create marketing promotion projects and serve as resources for the academic team's operations
• Create academic articles regarding secondary level English, including information related to university entrance exams
• Provide academic advice and answer questions regarding problems and academic doubts for students through the brand's social media channels
• Provide information and create academic content, including educational news, in collaboration with the marketing team for distribution via the brand's social media
• Coordinate and assist with academic tasks for tutors and other teams at SmartMathPro
• Supervise and provide assistance in various aspects to the team leader and members of the academic team to ensure smooth operations
• Evaluate English subject teaching by tutors to improve teaching quality and student experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any faculty/major, with experience or involvement in teaching/learning activities related to high school English Experience in teaching, tutoring, or designing English A-Level, วิชาสามัญ, GAT ภาษาอังกฤษ, TGAT1, or other English examination papers will be given special consideration Have knowledge and understanding of the high school English curriculum and/or English for university entrance exams, such as TGAT1 and A-Level ภาษาอังกฤษ Have skills in explaining English principles and the ability to communicate with students or the general public Have interpersonal skills, coordination skills, and the ability to manage work systematically High responsibility, patience, agility, love for learning, and attention to detail Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge or experience regarding the TCAS system will be given special consideration
