The team at our dental clinic located in Nepean, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist on a full-time basis.
Your tasks
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene treatments, including scaling, polishing, periodontal assessments, and preventive care.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) while ensuring patient comfort and safety(Dexis).
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized preventive care.
- Review and update patient medical histories and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Maintain proper infection prevention and control protocols.
- Collaborate with dentists and other team members to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
- Currently registered with CDHO
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families and build trusting relationships
- Customer service mindset
Requirements
