Quality Assurance Manager

1. Plan, implement, and monitor the production processes and projects entrusted by management to meet the area's KPI's 2. Verify compliance with the goals established by process, in order to take actions in case of deviation, thus contributing to continuous improvement and the fulfillment of organizational objectives. 3. Evaluate the quality, cost, and delivery time of raw materials, supplies, and services to maintain control over production and transformation costs. 4. Prepare, in coordination with production management, the annual plant budget, in order to ensure the supply of resources in time and quantity for the areas under their charge. Prepare the monthly closing report of the plant's performance by sending it to production management, and evaluate plant personnel monthly through indicators for the obtaining of the productivity bonus 6. Plan and develop projects entrusted by production management to project capacities, growth, and line balancing.
