The Social Affairs department of the SMCP Group (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac) is looking for a future Social Law Lawyer intern to work across a France and Europe scope, covering headquarters and retail activities. Reporting to the Social Relations Manager and within a close-knit team composed of 5 lawyers and one Social Law Intern, you will intervene on various individual and collective relations missions: France:  Collective relations: Participation in the construction and monitoring of the social agenda; Participation in the preparation, organization, and monitoring of employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, etc.); Support within the framework of collective negotiations; Legal monitoring regarding collective relations and social dialogue. Individual relations: Support for the Social Relations Manager to answer inquiries from HR interlocutors and propose concrete solutions; Support for HR teams on the implementation of disciplinary procedures; Participation in cross-functional HR projects (working hours, health & safety, etc.); Legal monitoring.

Europe: Monitoring of social legislation and legal research; Participation in writing and harmonizing social practices within all countries by feeding a legal database intended for local HR operational staff; Support for legal advisory and assistance activities in social law (individual and collective relations).

You have a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Social Law and/or are a student lawyer looking for a PPI internship; You are proficient in the Office pack; You are proficient in English and have an appetite/curiosity for international matters; You demonstrate rigor, reactivity, and organization; You are curious and solution-oriented; You possess good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent writing skills; You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.

Internship to be filled starting January 2027.
