CONTENT CREATION: Presence and production monitoring; Post-production monitoring (retouching & delivery of planned assets). Communication and coordination with internal departments (Style, Production, Purchasing, Retail, Digital) regarding photo/video content; Monitoring product compliance and arrivals with Purchasing, Production, and Style; Providing content to meet the needs of Purchasing, Digital, and Retail. Working hand in hand with the Communication and Operational Marketing teams; Monitoring and model recommendations. Setting up and monitoring castings; Updating the marketing plan with various seasonal assets.

SHOOTING: Assisting in the preparation of shoots; packing and depacking; Maintaining the e-commerce shooting tracking table (number of models shot per day); Assisting with proper shoot gestures by answering questions about the product / its compliance / the typical way it is worn; Preparing the showroom for styling appointments.

Sensitivity to the world of fashion and imagery: enjoying cultivating your references (photographers, videographers, DA, models, competitors, etc.); Agility and anticipation: knowing how to find solutions in case of unforeseen events. E.g.: model cancellation, evolution of the marketing plan, bad weather, missing content...); Ease of communication and collaboration: exchanging fluidly on projects with various internal departments and external service providers; Organized and precise: respecting a production retroplanning, shooting planned products according to arrival dates, guaranteeing the accuracy of renderings and deliverables; Fluent and professional English.
