SANDRO is looking for an experienced Sales Assistant for the women's corner at Rinascente Duomo in Milano. The contract is fixed-term with a weekly employment of 32 hours.

As a brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will perform the following duties:

SALES

• Guarantee a high level of customer service by going beyond customer expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product, history, and SANDRO values
• Advise customers following fashion world trends and mid-luxury market developments, showing a passion for fashion
• Welcome and assist a demanding clientele
• Build customer loyalty by providing adequate and personalized advice
• Contribute to the development of our brand image by providing a unique and personalized service
• Increase turnover by enhancing our products
• Achieve personal and store objectives through in-depth knowledge of the collection and customers

MERCHANDISING

• Organize the sales floor and products respecting company guidelines
• Ensure that visual standards are market-leading
• Execute the visual merchandising of our collections in accordance with the guidelines provided by the company and the Store Manager

OPERATIONS

• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent store management
• Assist in stock management and deliveries

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant in the high-end prêt-à-porter sector
• Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the sector and its trends
• High level of customer service and business sense
• Polished appearance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamworking and problem solving skills
• Good stress management, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent English
