Within the Development team and reporting to the Department Director, the Knit/Jersey Development Product Manager manages the development of the house's knit collections, from the creative brief to the transition to production. He/she is the interface between the studio, suppliers, collection merchandising, CSR, and production in order to guarantee compliance with product positioning, deadlines, costs, and the brand's quality requirements. In this capacity, the missions will be as follows: Collection Development Monitoring development stages: ensuring the follow-up of the development process from the launch of the first proto until the handover to production in partnership with the development technician. PLM referencing: ensuring the entry of all information necessary for tracking the collection products. Sample validation: Before the handover to production, verify that samples are referenced and in accordance with the quality and CSR objectives set by the company. Guaranteeing compliance with the collection calendar. Being proactive in searching for solutions. Sourcing & Supplier Relations Ensuring daily follow-up with European and Asian suppliers. Participating in the search for new materials, stitches, and knitting techniques to supply the studio. Cross-functional Coordination Coordinating exchanges between the studio, the technician, collection merchandising, production, and suppliers. Monitoring fittings, prototype reception, pricing, and organization of standardizations. Ensuring the update of tracking tools (PLM, collection tables, nomenclatures, pricing).

Higher education in textiles, product development or equivalent, with a specialization in Knitwear. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in knit product development, ideally within a premium or accessible luxury brand. Excellent knowledge of knitting techniques, gauges, yarns, knit stitches, and knit constructions. Good mastery of textile finishing processes. Technical Skills Mastery of textile product development, with particular expertise in knitwear. Strong product sensitivity and good understanding of the issues related to style, costs, quality, and CSR. Mastery of Excel and a PLM tool; knowledge of Illustrator is an asset. Fluent professional English, both written and spoken. Personal Qualities Organization, rigor, and sense of priorities. Proactive and initiative-driven. Product sensitivity and a true fashion culture. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong coordination abilities. Positive, collaborative, and benevolent attitude. Reactivity and ability to manage several subjects simultaneously. Attention to detail and high standards regarding quality.
