Reporting to the Comp & Ben and Social Controlling department within the Human Resources Department, you will contribute to the management of the payroll and HR indicators across a European scope. Main missions: Production and analysis of social and HR data Budgetary monitoring and payroll management HR reporting and dashboards Participation in budgetary exercises Management and monitoring of monthly variable compensation Contribution to continuous improvement projects

With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Controlling, Finance, HR, or Data, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling, social CDG, or Comp & Ben. Possessing an excellent sense of analysis and a strong appetite for numbers, you are comfortable with the manipulation and exploitation of data. You master Excel and enjoy working with reporting tools in order to produce reliable and relevant analyses. Rigorous and organized, you know how to manage large volumes of information and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (HR, Finance, operational teams). Professional English.
