SENIOR UTILITIES/CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (GOV)

Responsible for assisting hotel guests, handling inquiries and requests, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive and satisfactory guest experience. The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, hotel, or hospitality is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented, patient, and professional. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service systems. Ability to work under pressure and handle different types of customers. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
