Vacancy: Expomóvil Manager

• Are you passionate about automation, pneumatics, and field work? We are looking for a technical profile with an operational focus and customer orientation to lead the integral operation of our Expomóvil, ensuring its correct functioning, presentation, and execution in events nationwide.

Job Objective Promote SMC products and solutions through the technical and logistical operation of the Expomóvil, guaranteeing standards of quality, safety, maintenance, and customer experience.

Technical Operation

• Pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical adjustments of the Expomóvil.
• Diagnosis and solution of technical failures.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of displays and didactic cells.
• Fabrication and assembly of static displays.

Logistics and Events

• Safe and punctual transfer of the Expomóvil to different branches or events.
• Coordination of assembly and disassembly.
• Planning of presentation times.
• Supervision of the safeguarding and security of the unit.

Administrative Management

• Preparation of technical reports and documentation of activities.
• Application of satisfaction surveys and diagnostics to customers.
• Management of vehicle procedures (tenencia, verificación).
• Coordination of vehicle maintenance.

Customer Experience

• Direct interaction with customers (90% field work).
• Support in attending visits and delivery of materials.
• Support for the development of didactic equipment.

Requirements

Required Profile Education: Engineer or TSU in Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, or a related career

Experience: Minimum 2 years in:

• Technical maintenance (pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical)
• Field support or technical service
• Operation of mobile or industrial equipment

Technical Knowledge

• Pneumatics and electropneumatics
• Industrial communication protocols
• Instrumentation
• Vacuum systems
• Notions of automotive mechanics
• Preventive and corrective maintenance

Tools

• Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate level)
• Basic English (technical reading)
• Driving manual vehicles
