A leading company in industrial automation and pneumatic solutions is looking for a Branch Supervisor to coordinate technical, operational, and administrative sales activities, ensuring efficiency, inventory control, KPI compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This position requires technical leadership, sales personnel management, and experience in industrial processes.
Requirements
- Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related (Degree holder or Graduate).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel supervision in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge in:
- Industrial mechanics
- Pneumatics and automation
- Inventory control and management
- ERP Systems
- Experience in operational planning and process control.
- Management of KPI indicators (productivity, efficiency, compliance).
- Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene standards.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel.
- Advanced English
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily industrial sales operations.
- Coordinate and develop operational and technical work teams.
- Ensure compliance with delivery times and service levels.
- Implement process improvements.
