Warehouse Coordinator

Your tasks

Objective: Ensure the timely supply of raw materials and components for production through inventory control, material replenishment, and efficient warehouse management. Responsibilities Assign materials to production orders. Supervise the supply of materials to meet the production schedule. Receive and validate imported materials. Generate replenishment orders for domestic materials and high-turnover components. Maintain adequate inventory levels and minimum stock for production. Record consumption, shrinkage, and inventory movements in the system. Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments. Maintain the warehouse organized under the 5S methodology. Identify and control locations of materials and components. Report discrepancies in received materials. Ensure correct waste segregation. Participate in quality and environmental audits. Update process documentation and management systems. Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. Requirements Technical career, Engineering, or related Bachelor's degree. Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material control. ERP management (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Intermediate Excel. Knowledge of cycle counts, 5S, and warehouse control.
