We are currently looking for: 1 Technical Sales Support (m/w/d) Technician / Work location: Innsbruck

After a thorough induction and training phase, you will work as a Technical Sales Support Engineer together with the sales team to build and expand customer relationships. You will ensure that our customers receive competent technical support, develop innovative solution approaches, and contribute significantly to the further development of our products and services.

Through training and presentations, you will also convey important technical and product knowledge.

TASKS YOU WILL MASTER

• Technical support for our customers regarding SMC products and services
• Independent processing of technical projects
• Development of new product ideas as well as problem-solving strategies in cooperation with customers
• Implementation of optimization projects in close coordination with sales
• Continuous monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of technical and sales documentation
• Conducting internal and external training sessions and presentations
• Collaboration in and enjoyment of optimizing internal processes

QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING

• Sound technical education (HTL, e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
• Strong technical problem-solving competence
• Good English skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• High self-motivation and independent way of working
• Active ambition for training and further education to expand your own know-how
• Customer-oriented thinking and action
• High relationship and networking competence
• Holistic, networked way of thinking
• Willingness to travel (Tirol, Vorarlberg)

• We offer you a market-standard salary for this position, which is based on individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as a significant overpayment of the minimum collective agreement salary (currently approx. EUR 34,600.-- gross/year according to Handels-KV for 38.5 hours/week).

Salary range between €3,000 and €4,000 gross/month, depending on your qualifications and previous experience. The minimum salary for the position of Technical Sales Support (m/w/d) is EUR 34,600.00 gross per year based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
