Junior Application Engineer (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for: 1 Junior Application Engineer (m/w/d) Pneumatics

Starting in October, we are looking for a technically savvy, sales-oriented personality for the further development of our Pneumatics business unit, who will act competently between customers, our worldwide development centers, internal departments, and the market, and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our company.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the Pneumatics product area, such as compressed air preparation, hoses, fittings, flow controllers
• Technical support for internal departments and customer applications in the Product Sales Development team
• Conception & elaboration of customer applications, often in close coordination with our global development centers
• Active participation in trade fairs, Expert Days, etc.
• Developing & implementing product campaigns and promotion tools - such as demo panels, sample cases, sales documents
• Reporting on product development opportunities/portfolio - development & support of market launches
• Continuous knowledge building, creating/conducting product training & know-how sharing
• Market, competitor, and new customer analysis including reporting
• Close cooperation with distributors/partners
• Occasional travel
• Participation in and enjoyment of optimizing internal processes
• Ensuring ISO processes and participation in continuous improvement measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical education (HTL or degree in a technical field)
• Confident handling of MS-Office as well as specialist software knowledge
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• High self-motivation and initiative
• Strong technical problem-solving competence
• Customer-oriented way of thinking and working
• Ability to independently build up process and application knowledge

• We offer you an attractive, market-based salary that is oriented towards your individual qualifications, experience, and area of responsibility. For legal reasons, we point out that for this position we must state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which currently

is approx. EUR 34,000 gross per year (according to Handels-KV, 38.5 hours/week).
