Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production technicians/operators in daily operations. Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance. Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met. Allocate manpower, materials and equipment efficiently. Monitor production activities to maintain quality standards. Track daily production output, downtime and scrap rates. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bottlenecks. Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in assembly/welding operations. Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience managing and leading production teams such as operator and technician. Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements. Able to identify and solve production issues effectively. Able to make decisions and work well under pressure. Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
