Responsibilities and assignments Your work will be: Act in the construction and evolution of the new AI and Digital Engineering front, being a technical reference for the area. Understand business challenges and translate them into Artificial Intelligence solutions, acting end-to-end, from conception to implementation. Design and develop Generative AI and LLMs solutions, mainly using Python, Django, React, Azure, and Azure AI Foundry. Define scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures, considering integration, performance, and maintenance of the solutions. Work autonomously and closely with technical and business stakeholders, contributing to technical decisions and the evolution of solutions. Evaluate new technologies and contribute to the definition of best practices, standards, and technical strategies for the area. Requirements and qualifications What you need to have: Solid experience in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related areas, working in the development of technology solutions. Practical experience with Python and application development using Django or similar frameworks.

Experience with Azure, preferably with Azure AI Foundry.

Experience in developing solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence and LLMs, including integration with APIs and AI models.

Experience with React or other modern front-end development frameworks.

Knowledge and experience in solution architecture, being able to design scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

Senior, autonomous, and hands-on profile, with the ability to lead initiatives and make technical decisions with little supervision.

Good communication skills and relationship management with technical and business stakeholders.

Fluent English, for direct interaction with global teams and stakeholders. Excellent if you have: Experience with C# / .NET.

Experience with Databricks and MLflow.

Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices.

Experience with AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Experience with governance, security, and AI solution architecture in corporate environments.

Experience in building and implementing AI solutions at enterprise scale.
