Experienced Elevator Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical)

Perform technical servicing and maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and safety components of various elevator systems.

Troubleshoot and repair control panels, circuit boards, inverters, and electrical wiring.

Inspect, lubricate, and replace mechanical parts including traction machines, gearboxes, wire ropes, and pulleys.

Maintain and test safety mechanisms (safety gear, parachutes, and over-speed governors).

Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and handle emergency breakdown calls effectively.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in comprehensive elevator maintenance.

Strong capability in reading electrical schematics and diagnosing control panel faults.

Familiarity with traction, hydraulic, and MRL elevator systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations professionally.
