DevSecOps Trainer – Paris

Support IT teams in the adoption of cloud and DevSecOps practices. Today, as part of a project for one of our clients, a large banking group, we are looking for a DevSecOps Trainer – Expert. You will support IT teams in upskilling on cloud, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. You will design educational content and practical workshops to facilitate the adoption of DevSecOps tools and methods. The position is based in Paris, with on-site presence planned three days per week, subject to confirmation of terms. Your impact Identify training needs and adapt learning paths to the teams' levels;

Design educational materials, exercises, and practical labs;

Lead training sessions on DevSecOps practices, cloud, and CI/CD pipelines;

Support learners in mastering tools and platforms;

Train in automation, deployment, and testing practices;

Integrate security challenges into development and delivery practices;

Monitor learner progress and adapt support;

Disseminate best practices and encourage their application in projects;

Promote the CALMS culture: collaboration, automation, Lean, measurement, and sharing;

Facilitate communities and encourage exchanges between teams;

Evolve educational content based on tools and field feedback. Your profile You have expert-level experience, exceeding 15 years, and a solid mastery of DevSecOps and CI/CD environments. You know how to transmit technical knowledge, design training, and support audiences of different levels. You combine pedagogy, practice, and an understanding of operational constraints. You master OpenShift environments, as well as continuous integration and delivery tools such as Argo CD, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bitbucket, XL Deploy, and XL Release. You also possess skills in Terraform, Python or Java development, API, and testing strategy. You are autonomous, structured, and a good listener. You know how to make technical subjects accessible and help teams gain autonomy. Professional English is expected. Key skills Technical training, pedagogy, DevSecOps, cloud, CI/CD, OpenShift, Argo CD, GitLab CI, Terraform, Bitbucket, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Python or Java, API, testing strategy, and CALMS culture. Conditions Level: Expert — more than 15 years of experience;

Location: Paris;

On-site presence: three days per week, terms to be confirmed;

Desired start date: November 2, 2026;

Project end date (estimated): November 1, 2028;

Possible travel to Lyon, Nantes, and Toulouse;
