Your tasks
THE CONTEXT As part of the acceleration of the market for controlling building energy consumption, notably linked to regulations (particularly the BACS decree), Smart Impulse is looking to strengthen its commercial development with its network of partners, developers, and integrators of smart building solutions (Building Management Systems).
Working directly with Charles (CEO) and Xavier (Head of Sales), your objectives will be to develop and structure a network of key partners in the field of building technical management (GTB/BMS) — integrators, manufacturers, platforms, and design offices — while providing them with operational support in the estimation of their client projects and their commercial approach.
Reporting to Xavier, our Head of Sales, your main missions will be as follows:
Develop and structure the GTB/BMS partner network
- Map the GTB/BMS ecosystem and identify key stakeholders: integrators, manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Schneider…), technological platforms, and specialized design offices.
- Initiate collaborations to validate and refine the most promising partnerships.
- Consolidate partnership models by type of actor, adapting them to concrete field needs.
- Manage relations with partners: account monitoring, action plans, regular meetings.
- Monitor partnership performance (KPIs, pipe, conversion) and identify optimization levers.
Support partners in their client projects
- Work hand in hand with our partners' sales teams to support them in the estimation, pre-sales, and tender response phases;
- Co-construct integrated offers or "plug-and-play" packs, adapted to field use cases and regulatory requirements;
- Be the preferred point of contact to support partners in their client projects, ensuring reactive, rigorous follow-up and fluid coordination;
- Propose improvements to sales techniques and sales enablement tools for the solution to optimize commercial performance.

- You have already managed complex partnerships or managed a partner network: you know how to map an ecosystem, identify the right activation levers, and build lasting relationships
- You are resolutely customer-oriented: you know how to listen, understand field needs, and create concrete value in projects
- You are autonomous, rigorous, and structured, capable of prioritizing, advancing several subjects in parallel, and documenting your actions effectively
