Financial Controller (M/F)

Reporting to the Financial Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of the Group's statutory and consolidated financial statements;
• Participating in the budgeting phase related to operational parks, projects under construction, and development entities;
• Preparing quarterly reporting and analyses;
• Implementing internal control processes, monitoring, and analyses;
• Working in close collaboration with headquarters teams (technical teams, project finance, development) on financial matters;
• Participating in the continuous improvement of financial tools and processes, by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization of team activities;
• Contributing to the deployment of new digital tools and the integration of artificial intelligence solutions to improve performance and the quality of analyses;
• Supervising and supporting an apprentice, ensuring their skill development and the monitoring of their missions.

• With a Bac +5 education (business school, engineering school, or Master's degree), you have 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally including time in an audit firm and/or management control.
• You are proficient in the Pack Office, particularly Excel.
• You have a professional level of English; Italian would be a plus.

• You are comfortable with artificial intelligence tools and curious to explore their applications in finance professions to gain efficiency and reliability.

• You enjoy teamwork and are motivated by supporting and developing the skills of an apprentice.
