BI Analyst-Developer

As a BI Analyst-Developer, you analyze, design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable data flows. Based on functional analyses, you perform technical studies and develop ETL scripts, which you primarily optimize with Talend. You also assist in the migration of existing processes to Apache Hop.

You are responsible for the quality control of the data and performing structural test scenarios, while ensuring complete and clear documentation of the implemented data flows.

Additionally, you actively participate in creating dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you translate business needs into relevant visualization solutions, develop powerful and user-friendly dashboards in Tableau, optimize visualizations in terms of both performance and user experience, and document the data models and the associated visualizations.

You are also involved in setting up, configuring, and maintaining development and test environments. You ensure the stability, continuity, and overall quality of the BI infrastructure and the data flows. You supervise the proper functioning of the ETL processes and the existing dashboards, intervene in incidents or problems with data quality, and implement improvements to strengthen reliability and performance. You follow up on incidents, document them, and assist in the operational management of the infrastructure to guarantee service continuity. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science and demonstrable experience in implementing ETL processes and modeling, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data warehouses. You have sound knowledge of ETL and data processing, designing and visualizing dashboards, databases and data warehouses, as well as SQL, PL/SQL, Talend, Apache Hop, Tableau, Python, and Oracle.

You have a great capacity to learn and excellent analytical skills and know how to organize your work efficiently.

Thanks to your communication skills, you can explain complex data in an understandable way to a non-technical audience.

You enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently. You are meticulous and responsible and attach great importance to the quality of the work delivered.

Finally, you have passive knowledge of French and English.
