Early Childhood Music Teacher (Weekend/Flexi)
Early Childhood Music & Movement Teacher Weekend Flexi / Part-Time | SmallGiant Music SmallGiant Music is looking for a warm, energetic and experienced Early Childhood Music Teacher to conduct engaging Music & Movement classes for children aged 12–32 months . This is a flexible weekend role , ideal for early childhood educators, music teachers, enrichment teachers or freelancers who are looking for additional weekend teaching opportunities without committing to a full weekend schedule. The Role You will facilitate Music & Movement sessions designed for very young children, using singing, movement, rhythm, musical play and age-appropriate instruments to create meaningful early musical experiences. Classes are typically parent-accompanied, so you should be comfortable engaging both young children and their caregivers. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children aged approximately 12–32 months
Prior experience conducting Music & Movement, early childhood music, enrichment or similar classes
Confident singing and leading songs with young children
Comfortable using movement, rhythm and simple percussion instruments
Warm, expressive and engaging teaching personality
Able to confidently manage a group of toddlers and accompanying parents
Reliable and comfortable committing to agreed weekend sessions
Music or Early Childhood qualifications are an advantage, but relevant hands-on experience with this age group is especially important to us . Flexible Weekend Arrangement This is not a full-weekend commitment . We are looking for teachers who can take on selected weekend classes or time blocks , making this suitable for applicants who already have weekday employment, teaching commitments or freelance work.
