Full Stack Developer - AI Augmented Engineering

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer — AI-Augmented Engineering

We are building our own product layer on top of our operating ecosystem: analytics, reporting, automations, and agents. This person will be responsible for building and evolving that layer: modern web applications, data pipelines between our LOS, Salesforce, and our own services, and automated flows with agents that solve real work within the commercial operation.

We are looking for someone with:

• Hands-on development of modern web applications deployed in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Real practice in AI-augmented development: spec-driven development, prompt engineering, and working with Claude Code, Antigravity, or equivalent tools
• Design and implementation of agents and automations (MCP, n8n, Make, webhooks, APIs)
• Solidity in data: modeling, transformation, and construction of analytics and reporting based on operational sources
• Ability to integrate with Salesforce via API and understand its data model (does not require being an Apex specialist)
• AI-first mentality, autonomy, and the judgment to decide what to automate and what not to
• Remote or hybrid modality, with preference for candidates in Barranquilla (not exclusive).
• Minimum B1 English (mandatory).
