SLOMO GmbH supports you with many years of experience in personnel services for your next career step. For our customer in Moringen, we are looking for an Export Clerk (m/f/d) Shipping, Customs & Foreign Trade at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Organization and processing of national and international shipping processes
• Creation and verification of shipping, freight, customs, and export documents
• Creation of delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices
• Planning and dispatching of domestic and international transports
• Coordination with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
• Ensuring compliance with customs, export, and foreign trade regulations
• Processing of exports and import processes subject to authorization
• Support of internal departments and sales with export-relevant questions

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk or Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the areas of export, shipping logistics, customs, or foreign trade
• Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also with SAP
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills and organizational talent
