Assistant Precast Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Precast Coordination Engineer / Senior Precast Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily stationed at our precast manufacturing yard in Johor Bahru, coordinating technical requirements, production planning and progress across multiple projects. The role requires close collaboration with consultants, clients, project teams and the precast production team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, review and coordinate precast shop drawings, fabrication drawings and technical details in accordance with project specifications. Plan and coordinate precast production schedules based on clients’ requirements, project timelines and site progress. Liaise with consultants, clients and project teams on technical requirements, design changes and drawing approvals. Attend project coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding technical and production matters. Coordinate closely with the precast yard team on technical details, production methods and fabrication requirements. Oversee and monitor overall precast production yard progress to ensure timely completion and compliance with project requirements. Provide technical assistance and resolve production-related issues to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with site teams to align production and delivery schedules with site installation requirements. Manage multiple projects and perform other duties related to precast coordination as assigned by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in precast coordination, preferably in condominium or high-rise residential projects. Good knowledge of precast shop drawings, technical detailing and production coordination. Professional attitude, good interpersonal skills and presentable appearance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful, proactive and able to resolve issues independently. Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Willing to be stationed at our precast manufacturing yard in Johor Bahru. Willing to travel to project sites and attend meetings when required.
