Equipment Engineer

1. Responsible for the management, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
2. Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance plans to increase efficiency and extend the service life of machinery.
3. Inspect and monitor the operating status of machinery; analyze and resolve occurring problems promptly to reduce downtime.
4. Prepare, improve, and maintain machinery registers, including accurate and complete maintenance histories.
5. Participate in the installation, testing, commissioning, and performance improvement of machinery and equipment.
6. Continuously develop and improve machinery management processes to increase production efficiency and resource utilization.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
8. Machinery requiring repair includes:

CNC machines Hot Forging machines Medium Frequency Induction Hardening machines Normalizing Furnace Grinding & Milling Machine

1. Responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company's production equipment to ensure safe and stable operation;
2. Formulate and execute equipment preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment operating efficiency and service life;
3. Monitor equipment operating status, promptly analyze and resolve equipment abnormality issues, and reduce equipment downtime;
4. Establish, update, and improve equipment files and maintenance records to ensure accurate and complete equipment management data;
5. Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance, and technical improvement work;
6. Continuously optimize equipment management processes to improve production efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness;
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
8. Equipment requiring repair includes: CNC, Hot Forging, Medium Frequency Induction Hardening, Normalizing Furnace, Grinding & Milling equipment.

Qualifications: Age 28-40 years male Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years’ experience about Equipment Engineer (วิศวกรเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์) in the factory Able to use Microsoft office program Conversational Low level of English (Be able to read and write) Can join immediately is preferable English communication( Can use English as working language) Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Experience in machinery maintenance, equipment management, or automation system maintenance Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to analyze the root causes of machinery problems Learning and self-development skills, with the ability to solve technical problems effectively Experience in machinery management in an industrial factory will be given special consideration Experience with machinery in a bearing manufacturing factory will be given special consideration
