Responsibilities and duties

• Monitor and execute maritime export shipment operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the logistical efficiency of processes;
• Issue, review, and ensure the compliance of all documentation necessary for export operations, meeting legal and commercial requirements;
• Analyze and control costs, expenses, and indicators related to export operations, contributing to the efficiency and competitiveness of the business;
• Perform the entry and management of export invoices in the system, ensuring the integrity and traceability of information;
• Act as a point of contact between customers, suppliers, and logistics partners, promoting alignment, agility, and excellence in service;
• Monitor the logistical costs of operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvements in export processes.

Requirements and qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Comércio Internacional, Relações Internacionais, or related courses;
• Experience with the export process (knowledge of Incoterms, issuance and checking of documentation, such as invoices, BLs, contact with customs brokers and intervening agencies);
• Knowledge of letters of credit is desirable;
• Intermediate English knowledge;
• Knowledge of Pacote Office;
• Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
