Digital Operations Specialist (M/F)

About the company

As part of the strengthening of its IT team, our company is looking for a Digital Operations Specialist responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of IT equipment and services for users.

Your tasks

Reporting to the IT Manager or the IT Team Leader, you will intervene on all issues related to IT operations and support. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Take charge of, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents and assistance requests, remotely or directly on-site.
• Ensure the follow-up and updating of incident tickets, guaranteeing regular communication with users.
• Document the interventions carried out and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Prepare, install, configure, and commission IT equipment (computers, peripherals, software).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT park.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of the hardware park (assignments, renewals, obsolescence, equipment movements).
• Coordinate the preparation and configuration of audiovisual and IT equipment necessary for internal meetings and events.
• Act as an interface with the various departments of the company, IT support teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement actions, by integrating QHSE best practices and eco-responsibility principles.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of IT environments and user support tools.
• Fluent professional English, allowing for communication with international interlocutors.
• Customer service orientation and a taste for teamwork.
• Rigor, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Reactivity, autonomy, and analytical skills.
