CAE Engineer (M/F)

SLASH Intérim is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer (CAE Engineer) M/F on a fixed-term contract (CDD) in the Bièvres (91570) sector for one of our clients.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible as part of a fixed-term contract mission. The remuneration is between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on profile and experience.

You will be responsible for the following missions:

• Perform non-linear FEA calculations on metallic, plastic, and elastomer materials,
• Model and simulate mechanical structures using parametric CAD tools,
• Participate in the automation of CAE processes and optimize model performance,
• Collaborate with design and validation teams to ensure the reliability of solutions,
• Analyze and interpret simulation results to propose improvements,
• Respect project deadlines and technical requirements.

Profile description: You hold an engineering degree in mechanics or materials (Master's degree/Bac+5) with at least 2 years of experience in non-linear FEA calculations and 2 years in parametric CAD. You are proficient in UG NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks software, and have knowledge in programming (ISIGHT, HYPERSTUDIER, MODEFRONTIER). Experience with ABAQUS, Altair, or HyperWorks is a plus. Your English level is bilingual, both written and spoken.
