Warehouse Supervisor

SL MEX SLP is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Job Objective: Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring the correct reception, storage, supply, and shipment of materials, as well as inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise personnel and daily warehouse activities.
• Coordinate reception, storage, picking, and shipment processes.
• Ensure correct identification, labeling, and traceability of materials.
• Guarantee the accuracy of physical and system inventories.
• Coordinate and follow up on physical and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure the correct supply of materials to production areas.
• Supervise the control and movement of finished product.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and documentation for reception and shipments.
• Follow up on warehouse performance indicators.
• Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, Logistics, and other support areas.
• Ensure the correct use of WMS, SAP, scanners, and material control systems.
• Train, develop, and evaluate personnel in charge.
• Identify improvement opportunities in warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Engineering, Bachelor's degree, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in warehouse, materials, inventories, receiving, and/or shipping.
• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar position.
• Preferably experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.
• Advanced English, spoken and written.
• Verifiable experience in personnel management.
• Knowledge of WMS and/or SAP.
• Experience in inventory control and material traceability.
• Knowledge of reception, picking, and shipment processes.
• Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Results orientation and continuous improvement.
• Essential availability to work rotating shifts.
