Your tasks

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects on time and within budget, including creating project plans, managing resources, overseeing budgets, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure multiple projects run error-free and meet quality standards
• Define project scope and objectives to guarantee timely delivery of all projects
• Ensure availability and effective allocation of resources to meet project demands
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress accurately
• Manage project schedules to align with deadlines and milestones
• Prepare reports and escalate issues to administrators as necessary for timely resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to support project success
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and minimize potential project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability
