Your tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Leasing Agent who will be responsible for managing the complete rental process, from prospect generation to contract signing and apartment delivery.

• Sales funnel management: Convert prospects into tenants ensuring a top-tier experience throughout the entire process, and correctly profiling clients to understand their needs and offer them the appropriate solution.

• Guided tours: Conduct tours of common areas and model apartments, following the established process for visits.

Coordination and follow-up: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, treasury, operations) to ensure a smooth transition from the visit to the delivery of the property.

• Deep business knowledge: Know in detail the regulations, rental processes, contract conditions, and direct competition of the property under management.

• Competitive strategy: Continuously evaluate price competitiveness, identify opportunities, and propose strategies that improve the customer experience and foster long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics or administration Fluent English - Indispensable 1 or more years of experience in similar positions.
