Organizational Development Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead organizational development and organizational structure optimization, including job architecture, role definition, team collaboration, and workflow design. Drive employee development and talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, capability development, training, performance development, and talent pipeline building. Partner closely with business and management teams to identify organizational and talent needs and drive development plans for key talent and critical roles. Participate in Financial Risk Management, covering financial and operational risk identification, monitoring, early warning, and risk incident management. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize business processes and risk control mechanisms. Support emergency response, post-incident reviews, and remediation for major risk events, continuously improving risk management and internal control frameworks.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, HRBP, Risk Management, Financial Operations, or related fields. Strong combined capabilities in organizational development, talent development, and Financial Risk Management. Experience in financial services, FinTech, quantitative trading, or related industries is preferred. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial risk awareness with a solid understanding of risk identification, monitoring, and incident response processes. Willingness to participate in weekend and public holiday Standby arrangements as required, with timely response to major risks and business incidents.
