PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management : Oversee vessel movements, ensure timely departures and arrivals, and manage marine logistics.

Lead the Marine Ops Team to achieve berthing excellence for services and vessels.

Coordinate on berthing priority for incoming vessels.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to maritime laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Maintenance Oversight : Coordinate vessel maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure operational readiness.

Budgeting & Cost Control : Manage operational budgets, fuel consumption, and cost-saving initiatives.

Risk Management : Implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and incident investigations.

Stakeholder Coordination : Communicate with port authorities, shipping agents, and other maritime stakeholders.

Technology & Innovation : Utilize marine software for tracking, reporting, and optimizing fleet performance.

Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) : Managing depot and EQM inventory

Ensure sufficient EQM (Containers) to support business.

Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
