Beauty Salon Director

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Beauty Parlour Director to lead business operations, staff management, financial performance, and strategic growth of our beauty salon while ensuring high service quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning Monitor sales performance, control operating costs, manage budgets, and optimize profitability Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and enhance business performance Lead, supervise, and coordinate salon staff to maintain high productivity and morale Plan staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor employee performance to meet operational needs Assess staff training needs and support ongoing professional development initiatives Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment among employees Maintain high standards of customer service and service delivery to enhance client satisfaction Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure effective service recovery Monitor service quality continuously and implement improvements as needed Develop and execute customer retention strategies to strengthen client relationships Plan and implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Build and maintain business relationships with partners and suppliers to support operations Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, workplace safety, and business regulations Oversee inventory management, purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and operational record-keeping Implement standard operating procedures and internal controls to maintain operational integrity Prepare business performance reports and provide operational recommendations to management Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant experience in beauty salon management, business operations, or related industry Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing teams and resolving operational challenges Knowledge of business operations, sales management, and customer service principles applied in a salon context Ability to manage staff, budgets, and daily operational requirements independently Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to lead teams and engage customers Relevant qualifications in business management, beauty therapy, or related fields are advantageous Only Shortlisted Candidate will be contacted
