Network Operations Specialist

As a Network Operations Specialist in India, you’ll play a key part in expanding and strengthening SkyCell’s worldwide network of logistics and warehousing partners.

Working within our Network team, you’ll help source and onboard the best partners for each location, run RFIs and RFQs, build strong partner relationships, and track performance against KPIs. You’ll also support the roll-out of new stations and temperature-mapping qualification, helping ensure that life-saving medicines move safely and reliably across borders. 📍 Location: We need this individual to be within commutable distance to Hyderabad, India given it is an on-site position.

What You'll Do:

Partner sourcing and onboarding

• Run RFIs/RFQs for warehousing services with colleagues in Network, Sourcing & Procurement and Operations, selecting the best partner for each location
• Onboard new logistics partners, including partner profiles, NDAs, contact matrices and system updates

Service Center and station roll-out

• Raise and track requests for new Service Centers and storage sites, working with the installation owner through to installation
• Support go-live, including the required commissioning steps

Temperature mapping and quality

• Coordinate temperature mapping at partner sites before go-live
• Prepare mapping reports on our standard quality template, including extreme-season results and open mapping rounds

Partner relationships and performance

• Track partner KPIs and support business reviews with minutes and follow-up actions
• Keep partner records and contact information up to date
• Monitor commercials and partner feedback that affect rates and lanes

Team knowledge and process

• Help assign tasks, owners and deadlines on network projects
• Contribute to team resources on customs, station rates and onboarding for new colleagues

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in logistics, freight or supplier procurement, ideally in temperature-controlled or pharma supply chains
• Hands-on experience running RFIs/RFQs and comparing partner offers, with strong analytical skills for handling rates, surcharges and KPIs
• Understanding of warehousing and Service Center operations, temperature mapping (in line with WHO standards) and GDP-style quality documentation
• Strong partner and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and time zones
• Well-organized project tracking (tasks, owners, deadlines, meeting minutes), plus clear written documentation and presentation skills
• Professional working proficiency in English and confident use of Jira, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint
