customer service - sales experience

We are looking for a person with experience in customer service and sales, good communication, and the ability to provide solutions and close deals. Your main functions will be:

• Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, social media, and in person.
• Advise clients on our courier and import services.
• Prepare quotes and provide commercial follow-up until the sale is finalized.
• Support clients in creating lockers and registering their packages.
• Follow up on shipments and coordinate updates with the logistics team.
• Keep client information and commercial management up to date.
• Contact clients to promote repurchase and reactivate accounts.

We seek experience in customer service and sales, management of WhatsApp Business and basic office tools, good writing skills, organization, and results orientation. Experience in courier, logistics, or e-commerce will be valued. 6-hour workday.
