Warehouse Manager
Job Summary SKY Restaurants is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our food and beverage inventory, storage facilities, and supply chain logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality supply chain management, ensuring that all restaurant locations are consistently stocked with high-quality ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Oversee daily stock levels of food, beverages, and operational supplies, conducting regular physical inventory counts and audits.
F&B Quality Control: Ensure all perishable and non-perishable goods are stored according to strict health, safety, and HACCP standards to prevent spoilage and contamination.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers, track purchase orders, inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity, and manage returns or discrepancies.
Cost & Waste Control: Monitor inventory turnover, analyze consumption patterns, and implement strategies to minimize food waste and reduce shrinkage.
Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate timely, accurate deliveries and transfers of stock between the central warehouse and SKY Restaurants' individual outlets.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff and delivery drivers to maintain efficient daily operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital logs of all stock movements, invoices, and compliance reports using inventory management software.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) , hospitality, or restaurant chain sector (mandatory requirement) .
Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of F&B products, shelf-life management, food safety regulations, and HACCP compliance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical & Availability: Ability to manage physical warehouse tasks and flexible availability to support restaurant operational needs.
